Commissioner William G. Gerken read the ordinance by title and moved for adoption; Mayor Adam MacNeill seconded the motion. No members of the public spoke during the hearing. On roll call, Commissioners Anlian, Gerken, Mirza, Portorreal and Mayor MacNeill voted YEA and the ordinance was adopted.
