The Moultrie County Board approved renewal of Applications for License to Sell Alcoholic Liquor at Retail for the period July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027, covering establishments including American Legion Post 429, Sullivan Country Club, VFW Post 6410, Rusty’s (S.A. Brown Properties), Timberlake Golf Course (JEDE LLC), Sullivan Rosati, Sullivan 66, 32 Marine LLC, NorthEnd Pub & Grill LLC, Okaw Valley Orchard, The Great Pumpkin Patch and others.
Chairman Travis Phelps said the board was open for discussion and noted that "there was a fire at NorthEnd Pub & Grill and that building destroyed. There was a question about reissuing the license. There is a new deck where the building was located and 32 Marine is floating in a trailer to put on the deck to distribute out of the trailer. They will have a physical location. Florey asked if they plan to rebuild; yes, this fall." The renewals were approved on an 8–0 roll call vote.
The list of renewed licenses and specific license numbers were read into the record as part of the Legislative committee's motion.
