Foley board approves consent agenda with multiple resignations, substitute hires and extracurricular pay

A motion by Patric Lewandowski to approve the meeting minutes, board bills and the consent agenda was seconded by Stephanie Rudnitski and carried 6-0. The board recorded several resignations: Activities Director Eric Inglis (resignation effective 6/30/2026); Kitchen Assistant Karen Scofield (effective 3/23/2026); junior high wrestling coach Mitch Keeler (effective April 2026); FHS educational assistant Loren Holthaus (effective 5/28/2026); and FES educational assistant Abigail Hartman (effective 4/15/2026).
The board also approved new or changed contracts and long-term substitute appointments, including Andrea Rahm as a long-term substitute school social worker starting 4/8/2026 at $269.06 per day, and Lisa Hustad as long-term administrative secretary starting 4/14/2026 through Aug. 12, 2026 at $22.58 per hour. Several summer-school teacher appointments were authorized (for example, Lisa Wruck and Teresa Janson at $40.00 per hour) and extracurricular positions and pay were listed, such as Marching Band Director Janel Hesch at $7,200 and Marching Band Assistant Director Karissa Darling at $4,400.
Board Chair Pamela Vizenor and other board members did not expand on the personnel rationale on the record; the consent agenda was adopted as a single motion and vote. The district will reflect the personnel changes in the personnel roster and payroll records.
