The appointments were approved by roll call motions: Resolution 5A appointing the president was moved by Commissioner Harrison and seconded by Commissioner Lucas; Resolution 5B appointing the vice president was moved by Commissioner Rolling and seconded by Commissioner McConnell; Resolution 5C appointing the secretary was moved by Commissioner Harrison and seconded by Commissioner McConnell. All votes carried unanimously. The board also confirmed committee membership reintroductions later in the meeting.
