Lisa Lewis moved Feb. 9 to approve the consent agenda items, and Homer Dickey seconded. The consent agenda included approval of the Jan. 8 regular meeting minutes and Jan. 29 special meeting minutes; revenue and expenditures; purchase orders greater than $50,000; a resolution for emergency closing wage payments; the proposed 2026–2027 school calendar; and the Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials. The motion passed 7-0.
Blake Rowe’s financial report noted cash and investments, the check register, and that budgeted revenue received as of Jan. 31, 2026, was 58.77% while percent of the current year levy received was 61.24%. The superintendent also noted student holidays on Feb. 13 and Feb. 16, and that the board’s next meeting is scheduled for March 16 at 6:00 p.m.
