The motion to approve was made by Richard Byrne and seconded by Nick Giannakopoulos. Mayor Peter Guindi and Chair Donna Zammit recused themselves from the vote; the roll call recorded Byrne, Giannakopoulos, Wilk, Hare, Almeida and Urbanik voting in favor.
The recusal was noted in the minutes. No abstentions were recorded among the voting members, and the resolution was entered into the record.
