Board cautions about new online‑notice rule; member worries about seniors' access

Board member Darlene Vondran raised a concern about older residents' access, saying, "they probably have a lot of senior citizens who do not have the ability to go online." Hyatt acknowledged the concern and described it as "an excellent question" about a flaw in the statute; she said newspapers are often posting in both formats but the statutory obligation has shifted to online publication.
