Clayton council approves consent agenda including bills, appropriations and hires

Council member Moorhouse moved approval of Resolutions 82-26 through 89-26 and Council member Vondran seconded; the roll call recorded Wolak, Rollo, Moorhouse, Vondran and Long as voting "yes." The minutes record the consent agenda as approved.
