Pitman administrator: new LED sign funded by old capital ordinance will replace East Holly/Delsea sign after leases expire

Administrator McCafferty presented the August construction report and told council that another LED sign can be funded using old capital ordinance monies. She said the new sign would replace the existing unit at the corner of East Holly Avenue and Delsea Drive, but that the borough would not proceed with removal until current advertising leases on the sign expire at the end of the year.
Administrator McCafferty asked council for approval to move forward with the replacement after the leases expire; council did not vote on the item during the work session and directed the administrator to proceed after lease termination.
