Planning Commission approves final plat for Jackman/Sheffler subdivision

The Uinta City Planning Commission approved final platting for lots associated with Hayden Jackman and Tyler Scheffler at its Aug. 26 meeting after staff presented health-department correspondence and plat adjustments.
Jeremy Krause reviewed the subdivision process, health department letters, proposed plat adjustments and builder assignments. Commissioners confirmed water fees had been paid and that, per the review, "no public improvements or bonding are required for the Subdivision." Glenn Williams moved to "approve the Final Platt for Jackman/Sheffler," Jake Wayman seconded, and the motion carried.
Commission discussion focused on permit readiness and utility fee payment; the commission did not require public improvements or bonding as part of this approval. Staff will record the final plat and complete standard post-approval steps.
