Board approves proposed list of new library materials for district

Secondary Director of Curriculum and Instruction Traci Underwood presented the board with a proposed list of new library materials under Policy EFB (Local). Underwood told trustees that detailed information on the materials is available in the posted packet and asked the board to consider approval of the list.
Trustee David Kaminski moved to approve the Proposed List of New Library Materials as presented; Trustee Maria Herrera seconded. The motion carried 6–0–0 with Trustee Bryan Lowe absent. The approved list will be included in district library collections in accordance with district policy and the materials packet posted with the meeting agenda.
