The board accepted the auditor's report from Roloff, Hnatek & Co., L.L.P.; authorized Superintendent Dr. Ron Lilie to sign for the district in a real estate transaction to purchase Lots 7 and 8, Block 25, Waelder, Texas; accepted the resignation of Trustee Ruben Nava effective Feb. 26, 2026; and did not act on a recommended teacher contract for the 2025–26 school year.
