At its Feb. 12 meeting, the Waller ISD Board approved the consent agenda (items 6a–6l, except 6i) by a unanimous 7-0 vote; the consent items included tax refunds, budget amendments, final payment to ACIS for HVAC upgrades to Daikin Stadium, and travel requests for Waller High School JROTC teams.
President William Warren called for a motion; Trustee David Kaminski moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented and Trustee Bryan Lowe seconded. The motion passed 7-0. The board then considered item 6i separately: Vice President Jeff Flukinger moved to approve the Waller County Joint Election Agreement & Contract for Election Services for the May 2, 2026 election and to delegate authority to the superintendent or his designee to finalize and execute the contract; Trustee David Kaminski seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
The delegation allows district administration to finalize election logistics and execute necessary contractual documents for the May 2, 2026 joint election. No further substantive debate on the individual consent items was recorded in open session.
