The Valley View ISD Board approved a slate of vendor contract renewals and expenditures exceeding $10,000 at its April 28 special meeting.
The board authorized renewal of a service contract and license agreement with Pearlized Mathematics Consulting, LLC for $25,900 (paid from IMA funds) and a renewal with Sharon Wells Mathematics Curriculum, Inc. for $42,440.25 (IMA funds). The board also approved renewal of Deep-Dive LLC as the district’s TIA technical assistance provider in an approximate amount of $20,000 (TIA funds) and approved bus rental purchases from Escamilla that caused aggregate spending with that vendor to exceed the $10,000 threshold (local funds).
