A motion by Avery Williams, seconded by Troy Sullivan, to leave Dora Noyola as president and Troy Sullivan as vice president carried unanimously. Troy Sullivan then moved, and Marline Ellis seconded, a separate motion to make Adolph Gonzales the board secretary; that motion also passed with all members present voting in favor. The reorganization followed the recitation of the Statement of Officer and the Oath of Office led by Executive Assistant Erin Suhr.
