Chairman Robert Bodak opened the floor for board correspondence and business and noted the meeting was expected to be the board's last, but that pending applications must be completed by the current members. Administrator Arthur Londensky confirmed that existing applications remain with current boards while new applications will go to the incoming board.
Several members expressed gratitude and reflected on their time in service. "He enjoyed his time on this Board," the record states of Edward Trygar's remarks; Nick Giannakopoulos and Sandra Adelino also thanked colleagues and noted the value of their service. Chairman Bodak thanked the members and professionals for their work and commitment.
Chairman Bodak opened public comment; seeing none the board closed the public portion and adjourned at 7:20 p.m. on a motion by Ruell Brown, seconded by Edward Trygar.
