During board correspondence, Borough Planner Todd Bletcher told members that the borough currently does not have an affordable housing ordinance and described housing types that could qualify under state programs to earn affordable housing credits. Board member John Frost raised questions about how senior housing is credited toward affordability.
Administrator Arthur Londensky updated the Board that the owner of the lot next to Eagle Tire Services on Water Street is preparing an application for a yard and is working on approvals, and that a new engineer is addressing the Serviss Street tree-replacement issue. The Board closed business and adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
