Residents raise storm-related power outage and detour concerns during public comment

Resident Joe Cucinotta of 578 E. Clayton Avenue offered a brief tribute to local law enforcement, stating, “We have the best Police Department in the State.” The council closed public comment after these remarks and proceeded to later business.
