At its Nov. 26 meeting the Borough of South River Zoning Board carried multiple completeness matters to its Jan. 28, 2025 session and set one application for a public hearing.
Ms. Moy reported that architect James Shaughnessy had medical issues following an automobile accident and that "Ms. Khan called and requested we carry her application to the January 28, 2025 meeting." The board carried File ZB-2024-04 (Shamdai Khan, 37 Levinson Ave.) to Jan. 28, 2025 on a motion by Nick Giannakopoulos and seconded by Sandra Adelino. Counsel Lawrence Sachs requested a carry for File ZB-2024-08 (Joao Rocha, 23 Levinson Ave.) and the board agreed to move that completeness hearing to Jan. 28, 2025 as well.
Separately, applicant Rubygaile Mangione submitted documentation the day of the meeting. Borough planner Todd Bletcher said his preliminary review indicated the application could be deemed complete and set for a public hearing on Jan. 28, 2025; the board voted to deem File ZB-2024-11 complete and carry it for public hearing.
