Fornarelli told the Board the contractor "dug the hole and never applied for permits" and that the contractor is no longer available; he subsequently applied for rear setback variances and relief for impervious coverage.
Planner Todd Bletcher reviewed his August 21, 2024 report and the applicant described proposed fencing and site layout (Exhibit A1). After a public portion with no speakers, the Board approved File ZB-2024-10 on a roll-call vote: Christian Eleto, Jeremiah O'Grady, Edward Trygar, John Frost and Robert Bodak voted in favor; no members opposed.
