On a motion moved by Nick Giannakopoulos and seconded by Edward Trygar, the board voted in favor (Adelino, Giannakopoulos, O'Grady, Trygar, Frost, Bodak). The motion carried 6-0; Christian Eleto was absent.
The dismissal was recorded as without prejudice, meaning the applicant may refile after addressing escrow and submission issues. No additional public comment was recorded on this matter.
