South River zoning board again carries Shamdai Khan completeness hearing; failure to file may mean dismissal

The Borough of South River Zoning Board carried the completeness hearing for File ZB-2024-04 (Shamdai Khan, 37 Levinson Ave.) to its Nov. 26, 2024 meeting after the applicant failed to provide revised plans requested in prior hearings.
Board staff said the applicant's architect had previously responded that resubmission documents would be submitted by Oct. 4, 2024, but nothing has been filed. Attorney James Kinneally instructed the Clerk to inform the applicant that "if documents are not submitted in time for this meeting, we will dismiss without prejudice." The Board's motion to carry conditions the continued hearing on receipt of revised documents and appropriate fees by Nov. 12, 2024.
