He recommended approval.
Commissioner Chloe Johnson moved to approve the settlement agreement with GIL, Inc.; Commissioner Iliana R. Jones seconded and the motion carried unanimously 5-0. Langley said each party would bear its own legal fees and the City will receive additional right-of-way along Plant Street including a wider sidewalk.
