Code Enforcement Supervisor Chris Gonzalez reported that Case 24-362, at 1301 Inland Seas Blvd, shows progress but remains unresolved because several newly installed A/C units lack building permits and some units are not the correct size for the site. Gonzalez said staff are coordinating with a licensed contractor and the Building Department to replace incompatible units and submit the required permits.
Chairman Marvin E. Vasquez moved to postpone the case to the Code Enforcement Board's next meeting on March 4, 2025; Vice-Chairman Bruce Woloshin seconded the motion and it carried 6-0. Staff indicated they will return to the board with permit documentation and status updates at that meeting.
