Code Enforcement postpones action on 1301 Inland Seas Blvd to allow A/C permit corrections

Chairman Marvin E. Vasquez moved to postpone the case to the Code Enforcement Board's next meeting on March 4, 2025; Vice-Chairman Bruce Woloshin seconded the motion and it carried 6-0. Staff indicated they will return to the board with permit documentation and status updates at that meeting.
