Staff told the committee the petitioner will restripe the parking lot and add landscaping as required. “I think its original special use was approved in the seventies,” staff said on the record, and the Zoning Board of Appeals had unanimously recommended approval. The committee voted and the item was reported to the consent agenda for council action.
