Attendees also described new vendor work on artificial-intelligence tools to scaffold interventions for mixed-grade reading groups; trustees noted concerns about teacher adoption and the risk of 'hallucinations' in AI outputs.
Meeting participants suggested the district could pilot selected technologies once targeted learning objectives are defined and staff training is in place. The board asked staff to consider how lessons from the summit could dovetail with the district’s PLC and curriculum work.
