Whitney ISD board approves sale of two White Bluff lots

Under Action Item 7.A the board approved two bids: White Bluff Lots 21 & 22 on Tracts 8 & 9 to Adam and Lauren Bain for $2,882.96, and White Bluff Lot 55 to Richard and Lisa Hill for $1,016.91. Ray Watson moved to approve the bids; AJ Marino seconded, and the board voted unanimously.
Board discussion on the record was procedural and the motions passed with no recorded dissent. The approvals were entered into the minutes as individual motions under the property bid agenda item.
