Trinity ISD honors student competition winners and employees of the month

The board recognized multiple student winners from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and FBLA and named Kara Gobert, Christopher Harvey and Jack Sakaluk employees of the month.
The Trinity ISD Board used part of its April 27 meeting to recognize student accomplishments and staff contributions.
Students honored from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo included Ryder Bond (Lansberry Elementary, 5th grade, gold medal), Austin Pizano (4th grade, Best of Show, not present), Alize Campa (middle school Best in Show, 8th grade), Lillian Withrow (7th-grade gold medal), Rose Whitmire (high school Best in Show, 9th grade), Bree Luangpakdy (9th-grade gold medal) and Alexa Manzanares Cerda (12th grade, gold medal). Future Business Leaders of America placings included Jamarian Corley (5th place, public speaking) and Cove Copley (2nd place, computer applications) at the state level.
The board also recognized employees of the month: April Professional Kara Gobert, Paraprofessional Christopher Harvey, and Support staff Jack Sakaluk.
