Trustee Sarro moved and Trustee Bianco seconded the resolution (26-R-01) to accept and ratify execution of the DCEO agreement. The roll call vote recorded AYES: Trustees Bianco, Canas, Santucci, Sarro, Tricoci; NAYS: None; ABSENT: Trustee Czajka. The motion carried.
The board did not discuss the grant terms on the record at this meeting; the resolution authorizes the village to proceed with the agreement as prepared by village counsel.
