Trustee Liz Gutierrez moved the action and Trustee Shirley Jordan seconded it.
The vote authorized the superintendent or her representative to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the selected bidder, and authorized the board president to execute a deed and other documents necessary to convey the property. The board cited Local Government Code Chapter 272 as the statutory authority governing the sale of district real property.
