DLR-led workshops to shape criteria document; RFQ/RFP to shortlist design-builders

Presenter reviewed the schedule and work completed to date, saying the team selected DLR Group in May and held an initial workshop on July 1 with the criteria architect. "We Interviewed teams, select the DLR group in May, and you guys approved them," the presenter said while describing the decision and follow-up workshops.
The presenter outlined next steps: a second workshop to refine the criteria document; DLR will organize program and concept work in August and move to schematic design through November; parallel to that work the county will issue an RFQ to qualify design-build teams and then provide the criteria document as the basis of the RFP for shortlisted vendors.
