- Resolution No. 26-R-09 to waive mechanical permit fees for the Rolling Meadows Park District (3939 Winnetka Avenue). - Resolution No. 26-R-10 and 26-R-11 to approve umbrella license agreements with Delta Communications LLC d/b/a Clearwave Fiber and Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC for fiberoptic installation. - Resolution No. 26-R-12 to authorize an extension agreement with Flood Brothers Disposal Company for residential curbside recycling collection services. - Resolution No. 26-R-13 authorizing a performance bonus for City Manager Rob Sabo. - Resolution No. 26-R-14 to authorize FY2026 locating services with US Infrastructure Corporation (USIC) in a not-to-exceed amount of $66,201.00. - Resolution No. 26-R-15 authorizing a supplemental agreement with Tracy & Ed Construction, Inc. for Lift Station 3 directional boring in an amount not to exceed $40,389.00. - Resolution No. 26-R-16 awarding a construction contract to Commonwealth Edison Company for Lift Station 3 electric power upgrades in a not-to-exceed amount of $30,017.68. - Resolution No. 26-R-17 to purchase an HP Latex 730 64" wide-format printer for the Traffic Sign Shop in the amount of $25,368.00. - Resolution No. 26-R-18 approving a professional services agreement with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, LTD for 2026 community development engineering services.
