At the Nov. 18 meeting the board approved multiple procurement actions: an agreement with Olympik Signs for fabrication and installation of signage for the EXP building in the amount of $491,563; purchase of a winter-services truck from Brown Equipment Company for $259,500 (vehicle quote #Q12327); and a Deep South Fire Trucks proposal to purchase a new fire rescue squad for $276,650.
Each motion was moved and seconded by trustees as recorded in the minutes and carried unanimously. The approvals authorize staff to execute contracts and proceed with vendor coordination and delivery schedules listed in procurement documents.
