Board members in attendance included Vice President Kris Nguyen, Connie Burgess, Julie Jackson and Clarke Nelson in the boardroom; President Nicole McDermott and Kim Chandler participated electronically. Superintendent Ben Horsley, Business Administrator Todd Hauber, Chief of Staff Dr. Mitch Nerdin, Human Resources Director Patrick Flanagan, and Executive Secretary Stacy Bushell were present. Board member Karyn Winder joined the meeting virtually at 6:19 p.m., after the initial vote to enter executive session.
The board convened the executive session at 5:07 p.m. in the boardroom. Later, Julie Jackson moved to adjourn the executive session, seconded by Clarke Nelson; Vice President Nguyen called for the vote and the motion passed unanimously.
