Waller ISD accepts FY2024–25 Annual Financial Report

The Waller Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to accept the district’s Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2025. Chief Financial Officer Audrey Ambridge introduced Lupe Garcia of Whitley Penn, the district's external auditing firm, who summarized the audit and reported findings. Vice President Jeff Flukinger moved to approve the report and Trustee Maria Herrera seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0.
A full copy of the Annual Financial Report is available on the district’s website for public review, the presenters said. Board members did not request additional action at the meeting; acceptance places the audited financial statements into the district record and allows administrative follow‑up as needed.
