Trustee David Kaminski moved to approve the consent agenda and Secretary Ronald Campbell seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0.
The consent agenda also included a resolution related to HB 3033 concerning Texas Public Information Act business days and approvals of meeting minutes from Dec. 11, 2025, and Jan. 5, 2026. The board took no separate roll-call votes on individual consent items, treating them as a single package for efficiency.
