The roll call vote approved the motion (Ayes: 7, Nays: 0).
Several council members and Mayor Cox praised the Department of Public Works for recent snow-removal efforts. Manager Bond closed the meeting by reminding residents that all vehicles parked in borough-owned lots require a parking permit and that enforcement will begin next week.
