The committee said members emphasized supports for students who score below benchmark levels. "Consensus favored recommending a goal that approximately 80% of third-grade students score at or above the 45th percentile on AIMSweb Plus by the end of third grade, along with no students needing a PRP," the Personnel Committee said. The discussion framed the target as balancing ambitious expectations with attainable outcomes.
