Board approves three staff resignations after return from executive session

The Granton Area School District board convened into executive session at 7:45 p.m. under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) concerning personnel matters, with a recorded roll call that was unanimous (all five members voting Yea). The board returned to open session at 8:13 p.m.; School Board Clerk Jamie Elmhorst reported that no action was taken while in executive session.
After returning to open session the board approved three resignations by separate motions. School Board Member Daniel Schoessow moved to accept the resignation of Amanda Schofield (motion seconded by Douglas Eichten); the motion carried on voice vote. Separate motions accepting the resignations of Hannah Jensen and Holly Larson were also moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. The minutes record thanks to each departing employee.
