Selectboard interviews beach manager candidates, offers job to Jeff Foltz

The board entered executive session twice under VSA 313(a)(3) to discuss appointment and employment matters (first session approximately 6:46–6:58 p.m.; second session approximately 7:10–7:26 p.m.). No decision was announced after the first session.
After returning from the second executive session, Chair Tim Bullard moved to send an offer letter to Jeff Foltz based on those interviews; Clayton Whittemore seconded and the motion carried. The board agreed that, if Foltz accepts, staff will notify the other applicant and send a regret/thank-you letter. The board also scheduled the beach spring lottery for April 14 at 6:00 p.m.
