Darlington committee approves minutes and agenda, meeting called to order and adjourned

Board President Bob Hermanson called the Infrastructure Committee meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026. Committee member Crist moved to approve the minutes from the June 24, 2026 Infrastructure meeting, and Committee member Fink seconded; the motion carried.
Committee member Crist then moved, and Committee member Fink seconded, to adopt the agenda as presented; that motion also carried. The minutes list committee members Crist, Fink, Gratz and Zuberbuhler as present and note other attendees Stauffacher, Trout, Bryson, Flanagan and Austin. The meeting was adjourned at 5:58 p.m. on a motion by Crist, seconded by Fink.
"The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Board President, Bob Hermanson," the minutes state; the minutes were submitted by Cale Jackson.
