Boyceville board: Referendum Phase 1 wrapping up; approves Tiffany Creek flooring bid

The Boyceville Community School District Board of Education on Feb. 18 received an update from Alex Larson of CESA 10 that Phase 1 referendum projects are complete and preliminary scheduling and submittals for Phase 2 are underway, with remaining door and window work scheduled for Feb. 27 and during spring break. District Accountant Emmaly Monfort reported year-to-date referendum expenditures of $10.4 million.
The board approved a motion to accept the secondary flooring bid from Terrazzo Designs for Tiffany Creek Elementary as presented by CESA 10. Alex Larson described plans for flooring work, including demoing all flooring at once and using temporary polished concrete until new flooring is installed. The board also discussed a TCE parking-lot rendering and next design steps. The Treasurer's report included board approval of payments totaling $260,721.99 from the General Fund (Fund 10) and $461,300.55 from the Referendum Fund (Fund 49).
