Councilmembers discussed whether the borough would pay for electricity; Mayor Talerico indicated the easement and installation were in the borough’s best interest and the form of the agreement was approved by the borough attorney. The agenda lists the easement's description (routing from an existing pole along Wilson Ave. to new poles and underground run to the Park) as part of the resolution packet.
