Chisholm board clears personnel actions: destroy FY18 records, approve surety bonds, note resignations and offer new contracts

The Chisholm Board of Education voted July 9 to approve destroying FY18 financial records and to approve surety bonds for several district positions, including Ashley Shaw (Encumbrance Clerk/Deputy Minutes Clerk), Mia Coleman (District Activity Fund Custodian), Tristan Ellis (Child Nutrition Activity Fund Custodian/Minutes Clerk), Steve Blasingame (Treasurer) and Superintendent Roydon Tilley. The motions passed unanimously.
The minutes list resignations in Attachment A (Roxi Hein; Joy Rogers; Stephanie Schatz) and Attachment B lists personnel offered employment for 2025–26 (including Seth Ellis, Ericka Nault and Kaitlyn Norton-Gardner, plus coaching reassignments). The board also tabled convening an executive session under 25 O.S. §307(B)(1) and remained in open session before voting to offer the listed employment contracts.
