Commission approves extended home-occupation for fabric printing business with conditions

Staff and the commission required conditions to limit outside storage, comply with signage rules, maintain safe access and parking, and ensure all state and local permits are obtained. The commission voted unanimously to recommend approval with conditions including that the permit ceases if the owners no longer live on the property or the business stops for a consecutive year. "This business is owner-operated with no employees," Haney said during the presentation.
