Kelso said he had not seen evidence of a subsequent review in meetings since and asked the council to "bring it up again" if members still supported the idea. Councilmembers responded that staff could pull the earlier update and return with briefings or updated numbers, and staff noted that a full zoning/land-use overhaul would be costly and time-consuming and requires broader notice if definitions in the ordinance were changed.
