Trustees voted 7–0 to authorize the superintendent and district attorney to draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to include the Presidio ISD track in the hospital district’s grant application and empowered the superintendent to sign the MOU if application deadlines are urgent. Board members requested that any MOU address public access hours and security arrangements before construction begins.
