Board accepts lone pest-control bid and approves $1,459.63 activity-fund transfer

In a separate finance action the board approved a written resolution to transfer $1,459.63 from the 2025 Senior Activity account to the 2027 Junior Activity account. That transfer was approved by motion of Laura Reed, seconded by Chris Dugger, and recorded as passed.
