Combined zoning matters set for April 8; laundromat and cell-tower proposals noted

Miller also reported that a proposed location for the business known as the "Coffee Pot" was denied and staff are assisting the applicant in locating an alternative site; trustees received updates on the Murphy project and scooter-related issues as ongoing development matters.
