S3 said the evening is structured as a theater piece based on student-identified issues, followed the next morning by coffee and group discussion for attendees who want to respond to what they saw.
S3 said the workshop organizers plan to offer OPI renewal units to staff who attend the professional session, and that registration aims for about 30 students. The workshop was described as an extension of programming from the prior year focused on bullying and student mental-health supports. The district identified this as a grant-funded program and said it would not cost the district direct program funds.
